Hello everyone, I hope you are all well!
Today’s temptation is a Giant Cookie, usually found in US shopping malls, and often decorated with names or statements on top.
Chocolate chip cookies
- 1 quantity chocolate chip cookie dough
- Vanilla bean frosting
- “Manuela’s soft pearls”, or other cake decorations of your choice
Make the dough for the chocolate chip cookies, you can find the recipe here.
Tip out the dough on a pizza tray and press down with your hands.
Bake in a 350˚F (180˚C) oven for about 15 minutes.
Make the Vanilla Bean Frosting (you’ll only need one third), you can find the recipe here.
I use a small star tip to pipe little dots around the edge of the giant cookie.
Decorate with sugar pearls or other cake decorations…
